We obtain information about you when you use our application and/or register into our application and/or when you download our application from Apple app store.
We need certain personal data to provide you with access to the Services. When ordering or registering on our Application, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your first and last name, email address, Airport where you are based, name of the Airline company, credentials of flight plan provider, credentials for the roster provider or other details to help you with your experience. All data is stored into user devices as well in outsourced encrypted server. We collect information from you when you register on our Application, place an order, use the Chat or enter information on our Application.
If you make a purchase off our application from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specializes in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis.
Application requires the user to provide his or her roster website credentials and asks for his or her flight plan website credentials. The information is used to log on the roster and/or flight plan website and ensure that the user is an actual pilot or cabin crew member. There are two types of data of which one is temporary and deleted constantly when unused. The other is persistent and saved in the logbook and statistics features to improve the service for the user. We will hold your personal information on our system for as long as your account exists, after your account seize to exist the data is deleted. However, the data can be deleted at any point at your request by writing an email to: support@flight-file.com.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law except in cases mentioned below. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the FlightFile app, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should never share your password with anyone.

We may make use of additional information about you when it is available from external sources to help us do this effectively. We may also use your personal information to detect and reduce fraud and credit risk.

The Application is not intended for children, and SkyDev OÜ does not knowingly collect information from persons younger than the age of sixteen (16). The Application provides the User with the possibility to use chat for relevant roster activities. Chat is also available from the time the flight is logged to Airlines system, up to departure of the flight. Chat can be used only by the crew of the particular flight. All data from chat is deleted within 48 hours after the end of the activity.
